I have been really impressed with Quality Caravan Awnings - their Customer Service is brilliant by phone and email. I mainly spoke with Belle, who did everything she said she would at the time she said would - which is rare in today's world! Any question not able to be answered straight away were followed up promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
As for the Bradcot Modul-Air awning, that seems like a quality awning - the material is much stronger than "rally" type awnings and the zips seem very durable, albeit very stiff on first use. The instructions appeared simple enough, but the 4 hours it took me to erect the full awning on first go makes me think they could be better - I found that nearly every operation had to be undone at the next step, including inflating and deflating about 10 times...Now I know, I think it will be very much quicker to put up and I can't wait to try it out on a longer adventure - bring on the spring!

Very satisfied with this, all as listed, quick and efficient delivery, came with everything needed.. We purchased the Renault Master fitting kit. Very easy to fit, probably half an hours work if i did it again, although I took a little more time to get it 100% right.

Very pleased with this .bought it in June but left the review till now to see how it did November. Couldn't be more pleased with it ..we had torrential rain and wind and never moved. We ordered an Outdoor Revolution Annex Steel pole for out Outdoor Revolution Airbeam awning. The ordering process was simple and the item arrived well packaged within a couple of days. Prices are very competitive with other websites I viewed. The annex fits our awning perfectly and provides us with plenty of space. can't fault the product and service we received. I used the online message app, which was very handy, as i had plenty of question to ask. Delivery was prompt and without issue.

We decided to purchase 2No. Rainblocker G2 sides they arrived very quickly and were so easy to fit great addition to the Thule omnister canopy

What a great company to buy from! They had the cheapest price , chucked in some storm straps and had it all delivered to my house within a couple of days! The awning itself is great quality, much better than a few of the other brands I looked at. I went for the 4m in length one and found it pretty easy to slide up the awning rail. Initially I had help as I was worried it would rip sliding it up but in hindsight the material is really durable so I don’t think that would be an issue. First time unrolling it I had help, just to familiarise myself with the awning but can now do it in my own. It is fairly weighty so some may struggle rolling it back up on their own but it is quite straight forward. The legs seem really robust and with the storm straps I think it’s more than capable of standing up to the windier of days. The bag itself is of high quality and I’m confident this awning will last a long time.
All in all a great product and a great company to buy from!

Got this as we need an awning that will be set up permanently through the winter of the Cairngorms, so it’s gotta be good!

As winters not yet set in we headed off last weekend on a very windy weekend to test her out on the windswept North of Scotland coast. Our pitch was just a few yards from the crashing waves, I’ll be honest due to the wind and it being our first time putting the awning up it was a bit of a struggle but my, my, once it was up it wasn’t going anywhere! The frame for the awning is akin to builders scaffolding, (watch your back when you lift the bag of poles!) it’s sturdy beyond belief and I reckon the caravan would blow away before the awning would budge an inch!

Material wise it’s very heavy duty and seems impervious to rain, I’ve absolutely no doubt that it will stand up to the 5 months of our Cairngorms pitch with ease, taking everything a hard Scottish winter can throw at it!

In short, brilliant, sturdy and good looking awning

This awninggives all the versatility of three awnings. A 330 porch. A larger Awning before converting into a full size awning. In my case a 1065cm full awning.
