Which Size Awning Do I Need?
We want to help you find an awning for your caravan that is the right size. Just answer a few questions to do that. Do you want a porch awning, a full awning, or a wind-out awning?
We only need to know how high your awning rail is and how wide you want it to be for porch awnings. Check the width and height of the porch awning you like to make sure it fits your needs.
Tell us what brand you like if you want a seasonal awning (for example, Camptech, Bradcot, Trigano, Walker etc).

If you are unable to measure your caravan, you make look up it’s "A-measurement" here.
Just tell us how wide you want your wind-out awning to be. But if your caravan/motorhome is pitched on a special surface or you need an awning that mounts on the roof, please ask us here and our product specialists can help you.

How can I purchase a product?
There are a few ways you can purchase your item.
The simplest way is to purchase online at www.qualitycaravanawnings.com. Choose which awning you like, input the size that will fit your caravan and add any extras which you may like to purchase (for example an annexe, carpet or storm straps). Next, go to your basket and checkout where you will be prompted to enter delivery information and payment details to make the payment. We will then e-mail you with a confirmation and estimated delivery date along with your tracking number.

Our telephone customer service representatives work from 9AM-5PM, Monday to Friday. If you are calling outside of these hours or on a weekend, please leave a voicemail with your name and contact number and we will call you back.

The awning I am looking to purchase is out of stock, what are my options?
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can let you know when your chosen product will next be in stock and if appropriate, give you alternative options within your price range.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
It usually takes 24-48 hours to receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched and you will receive a notification email with the tracking details. Depending on your location, delivery time is approximately 4-8 business days. Feel free to send us an e-mail at email@example.com if you haven't received your tracking number within 48 hours and would like to enquire about your delivery date.
There is a problem with my awning, what should I do?

If you think that there is something missing from your delivery, please contact us and we will ensure any missing parts are sent to you immediately.
If you open your awning and think it’s faulty, please take photos and write a description of what the issue is, then e-mail these to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your phone number and we will be in touch. Return addresses and policies will vary by supplier.
If your product is not faulty but you have changed your mind, cancelling your order within 48 hours of ordering will incur no cost. Any orders which are cancelled 48 hours or longer after the date of order will be subject to a £20 processing fee regardless of whether the item has been dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, the buyer (you) will take responsibility for covering the return shipping costs. Please note, we are unable to process returns for an items which have been opened or used. For an item to be eligible for return it must be in a resalable condition and packaged exactly as it what when received. It is only possible to process refunds to the same credit card that was used to place the order.
