The ultra-lightweight fast pitch Turismo XLS²  entry level weekender is a high performing fibreglass pole framed driveaway awning, featuring a two berth sleeping inner tent annexe pod for the motorhoming family on a budget craving additional sleeping space from their campervan or motorhome.

This model guarantees unequalled value for money and should not be overlooked, incorporating a wealth of premium innovations, typically found on pricier models, including a convenient rear tunnel entry side door, a separate waterproof PE groundsheet, attachment points for our new lighting system and toggle in curtains for an extra degree of privacy.

The ultra-lightweight, 100HDE fabric is designed to pack down quickly, easily and into its small carry bag. This product is ideal where weight, pack size and speed are of the essence. The fabric has a contemporary hex-style print to compliment the product’s simple, immaculate design lines.

The fabric is exceptionally water-resistant and water will simply bead onto the surface and roll-off. Also, the light-coloured roof material reflects heat to maintain a comfortable temperature inside the awning.

The frame is produced from three tough fibreglass poles in order to make assembly a speedy process, ensure longevity and maximise stability. A large PVC Window permits a clear and crisp view of any surrounding landscape, from the luxury and convenience of your awning; helping to really bring the outdoors, indoors. All windows feature complementary toggle in curtains, which can be rolled back during the day or zipped-in for complete privacy during the night.

The zip-up front door allows the option of creating a functional porch/canopy area, with additional shelter against the elements - ideal for relaxing under all year round! The integral two berth sleeping inner tent annexe pod is designed to luxuriously house two adults, three children or a double air bed, or alternatively, can be used as additional storage space. This is crafted using a breathable micro-polyester for omptimal airflow and breathability in stuffy temperatures.

A single rear cowl access door guarantees quick and easy access to your vehicle, without having to traipse through your awning and disturb any sleeping guests, whilst the roof and annexe ventilation aids in maintaining a pleasant temperature throughout the entire product to enhance airflow. Due to popular demand, this model now boasts our twin piping system (4mm x 6mm), permitting both caravan or motorhome attachment.

This awning comes complete with steel ground pegs, storm strap attachment points and attachment points for our brand new Lumi-Link lighting system.

There is one other size for this product; the “Turismo”, which is almost identical in specificaiton, however, does not include the two berth inner tent annexe pod.

The awning possesses a one year guarantee on the workmanship and canvas against any manufacturing faults.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. This lets you know that Quality Caravan Awnings has received your order and your credit or debit card has been pre-authorised for the purchase amount. Once your order is received we automatically contact our suppliers who will confirm if your item is available for immediate shipment. If, for some reason the item is unavailable (e.g. on backorder) your pre-authorisation payment will be void and we will be in touch via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipment

Assuming your order is in stock, your credit card payment will be processed and the item will be shipped within 5 working days after the date of order. We will send a tracking information email 24 hours after your order leaves the warehouse. Please note, Leinwand products may take up to 2 - 3 weeks to be delivered.

Damaged Items

We ask that you inspect the packaging of your item(s) once it arrives, any damage which you notice please inform the courier and make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged please email photographs of the damage to info@QualityCaravanAwnings.com so that we can help with the insurance claim on your behalf.

We reserve the right to decline items which are deemed to have been damaged due to abuse (e.g as a result of being erected and incurring damage during a storm or damage that we deem to be wear and tear). This type of damage is not covered by our manufacturer's warranty.

Guarantee

All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 6 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. If a fault does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected.

Part Delivery / Damaged Goods

All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive any goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, the company must be advised within 72 hours of receipt. This applies to any items that may appear to be missing, unless stated on the invoice that the item is currently out of stock. If any items are not to be used straight away, we advise customers to check that these have been received in perfect condition and working order. The company will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact, we will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses occurred due to late or incomplete deliveries.

Cancellations & Refunds

Returns or cancellations may be requested for a period of 30 days from receiving an item. Any return requests after 30 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted. Any orders which are requested within 30 days from the date of delivery and are in an unopened package will be subject to a 25% processing and restocking fee. Once the order has been dispatched, the buyer (you) will take responsibility for covering the return shipping costs. We will advise the cost of returns as they vary between items.

Please note, we are unable to process returns for any items which have been opened or used. For an item to be eligible for return it must be in a resalable condition and packaged exactly as it was when received. It is only possible to process refunds to the same credit card that was used to place the order. We ask that customers please contact info@qualitycaravanawnings.com with details of their request so that a return authorisation number and return address can be issued.

Please note we are unable to accept returns for Sunncamp products.

Additionally, as Walker awnings are custom made for the specific make, model and year of your caravan, they are non-refundable.
