Outdoor Revolutions Stone Protection Footprint Groundsheet is a convenient, plain groundsheet that lays underneath your awning, providing additional protection against the elements. Compatible with a number of our drive-away awnings and family tents; the footprint not only prevents your groundsheet from getting dirty, however, it also ensures safe footing or a good nights sleep by protecting you against sharp rocks or hard ground! It is available in various sizes and cut-to-size to ensure an optimum fit; this accessory is hard-wearing and incredibly easy to clean (it can simply be hosed down).
This product is highly water-repellent, with a hydrostatic head rating of 10,000mm! Eyelets in each corner securely hold the groundsheet in place and provide additional stability during windier weather. This product is rot-proof and will not degrade; the groundsheet comes complete in a handy carry bag for increased portability and ease of storage.

Due to the recent changes in policy, we have unfortunately been forced to temporarily suspend all deliveries to Ireland & Northern Ireland.
After placing your order an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. This lets you know that Quality Caravan Awnings has received your order and your credit or debit card has been pre-authorised for the purchase amount. Once your order is received we automatically contact our suppliers who will confirm if your item is available for immediate shipment. If, for some reason the item is unavailable (e.g. on backorder) your pre-authorisation payment will be void and we will be in touch via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Assuming your order is in stock, your credit card payment will be processed and the item will be shipped within 5 working days after the date of order. We will send a tracking information email 24 hours after your order leaves the warehouse. If you would prefer not to receive this email please feel free to let us know at info@QualityCaravanAwnings.com.
Please note, Leinwand products may take up to 2 - 3 weeks to be delivered.
We ask that you inspect the packaging of your item(s) once it arrives, any damage which you notice please inform the courier and make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged please email photographs of the damage to info@QualityCaravanAwnings.com so that we can help with the insurance claim on your behalf.
We reserve the right to decline items which are deemed to have been damaged due to abuse (e.g as a result of being erected and incurring damage during a storm or damage that we deem to be wear and tear). This type of damage is not covered by our manufacturer's warranty.
All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 6 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. If a fault does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected.
Part Delivery / Damaged Goods
All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive any goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, the company must be advised within 72 hours of receipt. This applies to any items that may appear to be missing, unless stated on the invoice that the item is currently out of stock. If any items are not to be used straight away, we advise customers to check that these have been received in perfect condition and working order. The company will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact, we will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses occurred due to late or incomplete deliveries.
Cancellations & Refunds
Returns or cancellations may be requested for a period of 30 days from receiving an item. Any return requests after 30 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted. Any orders which are requested within 30 days from the date of delivery and are in an unopened package will be subject to a 25% processing and restocking fee. Once the order has been dispatched, the buyer (you) will take responsibility for covering the return shipping costs. We will advise the cost of returns as they vary between items.
Please note, we are unable to process returns for any items which have been opened or used. For an item to be eligible for return it must be in a resalable condition and packaged exactly as it was when received. It is only possible to process refunds to the same credit card that was used to place the order. We ask that customers please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with details of their request so that a return authorisation number and return address can be issued.
Please note we are unable to accept returns for Sunncamp products.
Additionally, as Walker awnings are custom made for the specific make, model and year of your caravan, they are non-refundable.
How can I purchase a product?
There are a few ways you can purchase your item.
The simplest way is to purchase online at www.qualitycaravanawnings.com. Choose which awning you like, input the size that will fit your caravan and add any extras which you may like to purchase (for example an annexe, carpet or storm straps). Next, go to your basket and checkout where you will be prompted to enter delivery information and payment details to make the payment. We will then e-mail you with a confirmation and estimated delivery date along with your tracking number.

The awning I am looking to purchase is out of stock, what are my options?

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
It usually takes 24-48 hours to receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched and you will receive a notification email with the tracking details. Depending on your location, delivery time is approximately 4-8 business days. Feel free to send us an e-mail at email@example.com if you haven't received your tracking number within 48 hours and would like to enquire about your delivery date.
There is a problem with my awning, what should I do?

If you think that there is something missing from your delivery, please contact us and we will ensure any missing parts are sent to you immediately.
If you open your awning and think it’s faulty, please take photos and write a description of what the issue is, then e-mail these to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your phone number and we will be in touch. Return addresses and policies will vary by supplier.
If your product is not faulty but you have changed your mind, cancelling your order within 48 hours of ordering will incur no cost. Any orders which are cancelled 48 hours or longer after the date of order will be subject to a £20 processing fee regardless of whether the item has been dispatched.
